I am a Certified Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher and a Psychotherapist with over 18 years of expert Sound Healing experience in diverse medical, yoga, and organizational settings with a complete set of high-frequency Alchemical Crystal Bowls of the highest quality tuned to the yogic seven chakras. Or another way of saying it is that I can play the bowls to emit different healing frequencies for specific emotional, mental and physical aspects of your being.
My home studio in San Miguel Allende is acoustically set up for ideal sound transmission via Zoom and I work with clients locally here in SMA and all over the world.

I am skillful in playing binaural beats for optimum brain and body relaxation and creating exquisite meditation journeys customized to serve specific client's needs.
When combined with guided meditation techniques, passive Sound Baths become more effective as truly active Sound Healings or Sound Medicine ~ an energetic frequency healing massage for your whole being!
Our bodies are composed of about 65% water, so strong sound vibrations flowing through our fluidity enables deep relaxation, the release of stress, boosts to the immune system's lymphatic fluid, and the restoration of equanimity ~ all while experiencing a pleasantly heightened state of awareness which serve up various delights for different people.
Sound Healing can also slow down the heart and respiratory rate, creating therapeutic relief for busy minds, high-blood pressure, and stressed-out folks dealing with Zoom-Fatigue. And yes, also is highly effective for healing through trauma.
The sound of harmonic vibrations created by singing bowls can slow down our brain waves to the alpha and theta brain waves. These waves provide deep meditative and peaceful states in our brains that are highly conducive to shifting us away from the Fight/Flight/Freeze/Fawn of the Sympathetic Nervous System into the healing relaxation of the Parasympathetic Nervous System ~ where healing happens!
