Carmela's Interview on KRON TV Bay Area News
with Henry Tenenbaum, 2010

Welcome

Thank you for stopping by for a visit to my website. To freshen up your lungs while you take a look around, please pause now to take a deep breath and exhale laughing. Really, I mean it. Try again. Inhale deeply, all the way ... and hold it ... hold it ... and exhale with extended laughter. Very good. Did you know that healthy people only use about 17% of their lung capacity?

Yikes. That's a lot of stale air in there. Laughter automatically extends your exhale and that is a very good thing for increasing oxygen to your blood and brain, lowering your blood pressure and giving you a little boost of endorphins to better enjoy the pages that follow. If you are not ready to go it alone, there are lots of videos to help inspire you. So please enjoy!

I have integrated Laughter Yoga into all aspects of my private counseling, coaching, teaching and speaking practice by adapting it to suit the needs of individuals and customizing it for small groups. And at conferences for audiences of a thousand or more. Surely, one of these options will work for you, your loved ones, your colleagues and/or your clients. As you consider the many options offered here, please remember to laugh a little or at least smile.

Milton Berle said that "laughter was like taking a little vacation." Times are tough. You deserve one right now.
