March Newsletter

Carmela Carlyle is taking her laughter, two Siamese cats, altars, art and yoga supplies on a road trip to Mexico!
She will be moving to the beautiful village of Sayulita, Mexico and plans to offer Art Therapy and Yoga Therapy, as well as iRest Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Life at yoga studios and resorts, both in town, and in the northern Puerto Vallarta area.
Having taught Laughter Yoga workshops in Sayulita back in 2009, Carmela looks forward to starting a new Happy Hour Laughter Yoga Club — maybe on the beach!
Sayulita is about a 35 minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta airport, so she will still have easy access to an international airport to continue her presentations at conferences around the US.
Carmela’s classes and laughter yoga clubs will continue in Sonoma County! Please scroll down to read about the talented teachers she invited to lead her laughter yoga and chair fitness classes.
