Laughter Yoga Sessions include deep yogic breathing and stretching
with movement, clapping and laughter exercises. There are no jokes.
Carmela will guide the group with techniques to bypass intellectual
barriers and inspire contagious laughter and playfulness. Sessions
end with a short restorative relaxation, an opportunity for discussion,
and suggestions for practicing laughter yoga alone.

minutes on a rowing machine and it is much more fun!
